The Performance Pack contains 16 Miele Type GN FilterBags and one HA50 AirClean HEPA Filter to fit the Complete C2 and Complete C3 vacuums.
The original Miele GN Vacuum Bags (also known as FilterBags) and Miele HA50 HEPA AirClean filter form the Miele AirClean System. This advanced system retains more than 99% of all dust particles in the multi-layered bag and filter.
For the best performance from your Miele vacuum, you should change the vacuum bag when it is full. If you are the middle of cleaning your house, and the vacuum's suction is reduced due to a full bag, with the Performance Pack you will have spare GN FilterBags available to quickly change the bag.
When it is time to change the bag the automatic self-sealing collar keeps the particles in the bag, so they are not released back into the air. This self-sealing collar also closes when the dust compartment lid is opened.
The HEPA filter should be changed yearly, with a built in color-coded 'timestrip®'. The strip will turn red in color when the filter should be replaced. For those allergic to house dust, the rubber air-tight seal around the sides of the HEPA class 13 filter keeps the allergens contained in the filter.
