This is a 23.5g (0.83oz) sachet of Wine Yeast Nutrient suitable for treating 15-23 litres (4-6 US gallons) of wine must.
Directions:
Add sachet contents to juice must and stir well to dissolve, then pitch your yeast and ferment according to instructions on yeast packaging.
Please note that Wine Yeast Nutrient is designed to help wine yeast work more effectively. It does not contain wine yeast which is available separately.
