The micro plate is suitable primarily for the immobilization of large molecules, such as antibodies, that have large hydrophobic regions that can interact with the surface. Binding capacity is approximately 250ng of mouse IgG/sq. cm. It has a total well volume of 360µL and a recommended working volume of 75 to 200µL.
